I have owned a Linux Certified LC2100 for almost 9 months.  Early on I had upgraded the version of Ubuntu that it shipped with and from that point on, until now, the 801.11 interface would not work correctly.

Today I downloaded and installed Ubuntu 6.11.  The upgrades in this version of Ubuntu have apparently added support for the wireless network card this laptop uses.  I had absolutely no problems configuring the wireless interface with my home 802.11g network.

Great job Ubuntu!
