I’m delighted to be able to post a very postitive business review!
I purchased a digital audio system called George, manufactured by Chestnut Hill Sound, from the Apple store in the Woodlands over the 2007 Christmas season.
It was a present for both Mikie and I. This unit sounds GREAT, works with our iPods, has a very cool remote, and has firmware that is upgradeable via a USB connection to my MacBook Pro.
Well this morning our Amazon Parrot, Splat, managed to chew up the USB data cable.
I went to the company web site and sent an email to their support contact, Rob Carey. Keep in mind that today is a Sunday.
Well, I had an email back from Rob within 15 minutes (no kidding)! He wrote:
Never heard that one before! Please provide me with a shipping address and I'd be happy to send you one.
Is that outstanding customer service or what?
Not only do they make a great product, but they have great support as well.
I highly recommend this company and their products.
