Born to Run
I just finished reading this really cool book by Christopher McDougall:
I found out about it from this post on Barefoot Ted’s blog. It confirmed something I had intuitively begun to feel for quite some time. That is, pretty much everything we’ve been taught about running is wrong.
Running isn’t supposed to hurt. It’s not supposed to mess-up your knees. We, as humans, were designed to run. This book goes into all that and much more. Highly recommended.

I agree. Running really should be fun. When I see how much fun kids have when they are running, I’m reminded of what running is all about.
