Triathlon training – day 37
Lunch – Strength Training
I did the following over at the Humble Bally’s.
Warm-Up: Elliptical machine, 10 minutes
Workout (38 minutes)
1. squat 225x10; 245x10; 275x10
2. DB incline press: 40x10; 45x10,12
3. Bulgarian split-squat with overhead press (DB): 25x5/4; 20x9/10
4. front lat pulldown machine: 90x15; 110x12; 140x7
5. ab with twist: BWx20,20,30
Stretching: 5 minutes
Evening – Masters Swim Class This was my regular Tuesday evening class at Lifetime Fitness. It lasted for an hour. Swam a total of 3000m. As part of this workout I did a timed 1000m swim (00:18:22).
