Iron Star Triathlon – Montgomery, Texas
I got a chance to watch part of the 2009 Iron Star Triathlon in Montgomery, Texas. I had never seen one, except on television, so this was a bit of homework if you will, to become familiar with the details of transitions.
Have to say that I did learn quite a lot by observing athletes of all age and ability levels, and will try to apply all of what I learned to my first triathlon in April, 2010. Here are a few pics that I took:
