Run – Track Workout
I was supposed to be running at the track today. It was really cold and raining so I thought after work would be better. Tried to get into the Humble High School track after work, but it is apparently completely closed off due to construction in the area around the track. I ended up just running on the road. It wasn’t too bad because I was able to program the workout into the Garmin FR305.
Directions
Track Work out ; warm up 800-1200; then run 6 x 1600 at tempo with 2:00 endurance between each; 1200 cool down
